Post Open House dates on the MLS and Realtor.com. We can do this as often as you like - free of charge. Some buyers search specifically for homes with open houses in their area.
BE RESPONSIVE
Make sure you are readily available to take or return phone calls from potential buyers and their agents. Expect phone calls from strange numbers and be willing to answer them. Make sure your home is available for showings at all times by having a lock box. PROPERTY BROCHURES
Make sure you have a full supply of brochures available for your home. Include special features and a photo. We can provide full color brochures for you for an additional fee.
ACCURATE PRICING
